Order Processing and Dispatch

  1. Processing Time:

    • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-4 working days.

      Our working hours are 10 am- 7 pm (Mon - Sat)
      Customer Support is available 8:30 am -10:30 pm

 

  1. Delivery Timeline:

    • Standard delivery within India is expected within 5-15 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
    • For urgent delivery needs, customers must inform our team in advance for prioritization. Failure to do so will be considered the customer's responsibility, and no cancellations will be accepted due to delay.

Shipping Policy Details

  1. Combined Shipment:

    • All products in an order are shipped together in one shipment. 
      In rare cases products are sent in multiple shipments.
  2. Delivery Partners:

    • Orders are packed and handed over to trusted delivery partners who deliver the package to the provided address.
      Our trusted courier partners are Shiprocket (Delhivery ,Bluedart ,DTDC)
      Tirupati , Shree Maruti and Anjani courier.

Shipping Charges

  1. Within India:

    • Prepaid orders of ₹700 and above qualify for free shipping across most locations in India.
      Note: A shipping fee may still apply for certain states due to logistical constraints, even if the order value is ₹700 or more.
      FREE shipping above Rs.300 for MAHARAHTRA ONLY.

  2. Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

    • COD orders charges  Rs.140

    • If the order value is below Free shipping order value, both shipping charges and COD charges will be applied. 

    • Partially Paid amount is non-refundable.

      A non-refundable shipping fee is charged for all prepaid orders and all Cash-On-Delivery/Partial COD orders.
    • Note: If customer rejects, it wont be refunded. We will rely on soley data provided by shiprocket and our trusted courier tracking details



  3. Additional Charges:

    • Some areas, particularly in Northeast India or outskirt areas, may require an extra shipping charge. Customers will be contacted in such cases.
    • For certain locations, partial COD may not be available. Customers unable to find the COD option should recheck with our team to confirm availability for their location.

Packaging

  • Products are securely packed with bubble wrap and additional packaging for fragile items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Locations

  • Inkarto ships throughout India, including North East India.

International Shipping

  • Inkarto primarily ships within India. For overseas customers, it is recommended to ship products to an Indian address and arrange further shipping independently.

Shipping Delay Policy

  1. Liability:

    • Inkarto shall not be held liable for any delays in shipping beyond our control, particularly those caused by third-party courier services.

  2. Refund and Compensation:

    • In cases of delays not attributable to natural calamities (e.g., rain, floods, earthquakes) where stationery products must be held back to avoid damage, Inkarto offers a full refund.
  3. Late Deliveries:

    • Late deliveries are considered only after 15 days from the date of placing the order.

  4. Claims:

    • To be eligible for a refund and compensation, customers must submit their claims via email exclusively to Support@inkarto.com or call us on +919429692701,+919529150177  This policy does not apply to delays caused by natural disasters or other force majeure events.
