Order Finality
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. -
COD Order Cancellations
If you request cancellation of a Cash‑on‑Delivery order, any partial payment you’ve made will not be refundable. -
Quality‑Check Exceptions
In the rare event that an item fails our final quality check at the time of packing, we reserve the right to remove that item from your order and issue you a Store Credit or refund for it. In such cases, we will contact you to offer a replacement of a similar design before proceeding with the refund. -

🔐 OTP Verification for Return Pickups
To arrange a return pickup through our logistics partner (Shiprocket), our support team may request a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
This OTP is required solely for the purpose of scheduling and verifying the return pickup. We will never ask for any banking OTPs or payment-related verification codes.
Please share the OTP only with our official Inkarto customer support team when requested for return pickup confirmation.
